Medley's Story
Medley Health started when Nana Kwame, the founder, while still in
college experienced second-hand, the woes of our siloed and
disconnected health care service in Ghana. His older sister went
through months of extreme backache whoch was misdiagnosed and
mistreated till by sheer luck (or we might say grace), the right
specialist was found and correct surgery was done.
Nana Kwame was immediately spurred on to find a solution to this, each key feature in Medley is a solution to the top three errors Nana Kwame and his family went through during their experience

In order to start using our software, you would first have
to create a listing, which is the same as an account for the
facility. This process is pretty straight forward and all
you need is to provide basic information about your
facility, e.g: name, location and services. This is to help
make your facility available to take online appointments
from the Medley Health community of patients

Our community engagement team will verify the information
provided and do a physical inspection to make sure
everything lines up 🔍.
2.2 Choosing the plan that will be right for you and your
business
Our team will also help you choose the plan that best suits
your needs and setup the right kind of subsription and
billing plan. Our goal is to build a partnership and help

3. Training
3.1 Creating an admininstrator
A top level administrator user for your account is created
to help manage all other users or people who might have
access to the platform. An in-depth training session is done
for all users who will have access to the platform to help
people get the best use of the platform and then you're good
to go 🚀

Our community engagement team, will provide assistance and
support on a regular basis to address any concerns that
